Refund policy

Accessories and Non Equipment Returns:

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

PRE OWNED EQUIPMENT PURCHASES:
For any issues with equipment, must contact Fitness Services of Florida, 954-753-6088 or email service@gymrepair.com ASAP.  All equipment must be inspected at the time of delivery.  Photos of the equipment with issues my be taken at time of possession of the carrier.  Photos will be needed to place a claim withe the shipping carriers.  Full images and close up images are required.  Pre Owned equipment can be exchanged but not returned for refund. We reserve the right to repair unit if there is any performance issues prior to approving return. Exchanges on shipped equipment or out of state equipment must be shipped back to us at customers expense. Equipment must be shipped in the crate it was received in.  If equipment is not returned in the same condition the customer received it, an exchange will not be accepted.  Replacement equipment must also be shipped to customer at their expense.
